The 122nd Annual Department Encampment was held on March 14-15, 2008, at the NCO Club at Camp San Luis Obispo in San Luis Obispo, California. Our honored guest was National SUVCW Commander-in-Chief Charles E. Kuhn, Jr. of Pennsylvania.
